‘Fall Savings Package’ at two HornRock properties

October 3, 2014

HornRock Properties, the New-Jersey based home builder of luxury residential communities in New Jersey and New York, recently announced that it will be offering buyers a generous “Fall Savings Package” at two of its properties: The Legacy of Mountain Lakes in Mountain Lakes, N.J., and Highpointe at Woodbury Junction in Central Valley, Orange County, N.Y.

From now until November 2, buyers at the two communities will receive free options and upgrades worth at least $20,000 when they purchase a new home. The limited-time incentive enhances the already offered value at the two communities, where buyers enjoy spacious layouts, upscale appointments and desirable locations in quality school districts at prices starting from $449,900 at Highpointe at Woodbury Junction and $579,900 at The Legacy of Mountain Lakes.

“Our Fall Savings Package Sale is an opportunity for savvy home buyers to customize their new home with the luxurious options and upgrades they have always wanted,” said David Hornblass, a principal of HornRock Properties. “Many of the features that are considered upgrades in other communities are already standard in the homes we build, so this offer truly represents an outstanding value.”

During the Fall Savings Package sale, buyers of a “Signature Series” home at The Legacy will receive a finished walkout basement valued at almost $40,000. Buyers of a “Carriage Series” home at The Legacy and all homes at Highpointe will receive $20,000 in free options and upgrades. Both communities are known for the spacious interiors and upscale appointments that come standard with each home, so buyers can be ultra-selective when choosing from the numerous lifestyle-enhancing upgrades available to them.

Located in scenic suburban Morris County, The Legacy of Mountain Lakes offers an ideal location in a desirable community characterized by winding country roads, bucolic lakes and wooded terrain. With its attractive setting, top-notch school district and close proximity to convenient transportation, the community offers a prestigious address.

Homes in the community’s Signature Series feature three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and either 2,829 or 2,853 square feet of luxury living space, priced from $799,900.

Homes in the Carriage Series are offered in two designs, the “Midvale” and the “Hillcrest,” both of which offer three-bedroom layouts with two full baths, two half baths and one- or two-car garages. These three-story townhomes range from 2,162 to 2,236 finished square feet and are priced from $579,900.

The Legacy has easy access to routes 46, 287 and 80, putting residents just minutes from high-end shopping, entertainment and major business centers. The quaint but sophisticated colonial town center of Morristown with top-rated restaurants, shopping and nightlife is about a 10-minute drive away. Golf is abundant in the area and Mountain Lakes is home to numerous outdoor recreation options such as lake clubs, parks, hiking trails and nine pristine lakes.

At Highpointe at Woodbury Junction, situated on a ridge top with scenic views of the surrounding mountains that frame the Hudson Valley, a collection of 31 luxury single-family homes will be available in an Orange County location that is a quick trip from North Jersey, New York City and Rockland County.

Homes at Highpointe feature 2,200 to 3,500 square feet of living space and an open layout on the first floor, with one model offering a first-floor master-bedroom suite, all on property lots of ¾ of an acre and larger. Many high-end features that are upgrades in other communities are standard in the homes at The Rise. Upgrades for features such as custom faucets, lighting, bonus rooms, flooring and three-car garages are also available. Homes are available in five different designs and with three distinct architectural styles: Traditional, Farmhouse (with porches) and the popular Arts & Crafts, with prices starting from $449,900.

The Rise neighborhood was introduced this summer at Highpointe at Woodbury Junction following the sell-out of its initial housing phase. More than 20 homeowners now reside at Highpointe and over 60 families live in the Woodbury Junction community in total, providing new purchasers the added benefit of moving into an established and active neighborhood.

The community is minutes from The New York Thruway/Route 87, Route 17 and several public transportation options.
